Operation steps and actions of CNC woodworking machine in Antai Mingjia furniture manufacturing workshop

1. Key steps

The man-machine relationship is mainly generated during the man-machine joint operation of the CNC woodworking machine tool, which mainly includes five key steps: workpiece handling, alignment, card loading, tool setting and monitoring. Among these five steps, the influence of the operator's physical factors is particularly obvious. The following is an analysis of the five key steps in the use of the CNC woodworking machine tool:

1) Workpiece handling is the starting point of the processing flow, and the factors related to handling are mainly the position and weight of the workpiece. Different workpiece weights lead to different handling methods. For heavier workpieces, the common method is hoisting, so the machine tool design should avoid capping, and the upper end of the machine tool door should not have a beam structure that is convenient for hoisting to avoid affecting the hoisting of workpieces. Lighter workpieces are handled manually. For the same workpiece, the efficiency and difficulty of workpiece handling are different due to different placement positions.

2) Alignment is a necessary step for parts to be processed correctly, which requires manual operation of the machine tool. The alignment process includes the control of workpiece, measuring tool and CNC panel. The workpiece is the target of alignment, and the operator is the main body and controller of alignment. The operator controls the CNC panel, and then controls the movement mode of the workbench, and then uses the measuring tool to measure and correct the position and direction of the workpiece.

3) Clamping refers to the process of fixing the workpiece on the workbench with a jig. The card loading method is closely related to the size of the workbench, the size of the workpiece and the type of the machine tool. Fig. 2 shows the loading process of workers.

4) Tool setting refers to using the numerical control panel and the control handle to control the spindle movement so as to read the position of the aligned workpiece. At this time, the operator changes from processing the workpiece to monitoring the production and fine adjustment of the workpiece. Fig. 3 shows the process of tool setting by the worker.

5) Monitoring means that when the machine tool is working, the operator observes and controls the working process of the machine tool. The main operation actions are concentrated on the control panel and the CNC panel, and the processing actions of the machine tool are adjusted in time according to different conditions, including adjusting the knob, inputting control instructions and hand-held control.

(2) action analysis

The main operations of the CNC woodworking machine tool include one hand key, two hand keyboard input, observation, hand-held controller and workbench operation. According to the actual operation requirements of the five axis CNC woodworking machine tool, the action is analyzed.

1) One hand key: mainly on the control panel and CNC panel. The operation of the one hand key is largely determined by the human visual field.

2) Two handed keyboard input: since it is operated by both hands and in a standing posture, when operating the machine tool, the height of the keyboard should be the same as or slightly lower than the elbow.

3) Observation: after card loading and tool setting, the main work area of the operator is gradually transferred from the workpiece processing area to the display control area, and the operation mode is also changed from manual operation to mental operation. The observation of the workpiece is particularly frequent in the monitoring and control, mainly through the observation window to manually observe the movement of the workpiece and the machine tool. The combination of human observation and display data constitutes a reasonable human-machine relationship.

4) Hand held controller: it is generally a hand-held controller with the other hand for knob or key operation. This operation mode is mainly related to operations requiring frequent observation. In some cases, it is necessary to reset the rotation speed of the tool and the feed speed of the tool head. Its use status is inseparable from the observation of the workpiece.

5) Operation of the workbench: the main operation area of this operation is related to the shoulder height and the distance from the shoulder to the palm of the hand, that is, the range of movement of the hand. In addition, it is also related to the operation range of the hand and the curvature of the lumbar spine. The bending range of the lumbar spine is usually between 0 ° and 75 ° during the working process. This part of the work mainly focuses on the replacement of the tool and the clamping of the workpiece, including the process of loading and setting the tool.
