Many friends have to face the details of installation after purchasing a glass processing center. How can we install the glass processing center correctly? The following detailed steps are introduced to you, I hope you can learn it well.

1. Preparation

Early stage: enough space for equipment placement, 380V three-phase electricity of corresponding power (needle zero line), air-connected cables of corresponding specifications, circulating sedimentation tank, water pump and water pipe, wheels, sand bricks, slate, operators.

Later stage: forklift truck or small hydraulic truck jack of corresponding tonnage, level gauge or horizontal pipe, installation tools, various specifications of anchors and gaskets.

2. Inspection

First, check whether all parts of the equipment are complete and intact, and whether the number of spare parts is correct. If the equipment is lost or damaged during transportation, communicate with the company and customers in time, and deal with it in time. If there are problems with spare parts, contact the company for reissue or replacement.

3. Installation

1. Equipment placement

The position of the glass processing center should be reserved not less than the length of the wire rack. If the processing party has special requirements, such as the line is relatively long, the line size should be used as a reference, and there should be a space of not less than 1 meter behind the equipment. It is convenient for technicians to maintain and process lines.

2. Leveling

The leveling of the glass processing center should be based on the conveyor belt, and the four sides of the belt should be measured. If the rear side is waterproof, the rear feet of the equipment can be slightly elevated. (The leveling work can be done with a horizontal tube or a spirit level.) The feet can be padded with hard slate or steel plates. First, pad the four corners of the equipment, and then put the middle feet firmly. Due to the large weight of the equipment, the operation is stable. If the customer has no special requirements, there is no need to make expansion screws or wrap them with cement.

3. Connect the power

If the customer does not arrange for electrician wiring, the installer can assist the customer to connect the line from the lower port of the main switch to the equipment switch. Tape, terminal block, must be fastened.

4. Water source

If the customer does not arrange for hydraulics to take over, the installer can assist the customer to connect the water pipe from the circulating pump to the water inlet of the equipment (the corresponding water pipes and switches should be installed according to the diameter of each water inlet)

5. Come on

Fill the oil pot of the glass processing center with lubricating oil, and cover the external bearings of the equipment with butter.

4. Debugging

Turn on the power, if the phase sequence protector does not light up, it means that the three-phase line is misplaced, and you can exchange two phases at will, click on the screen, run the conveyor belt to see if the steering is correct, turn on the motor spindles to see if the steering is correct, and the spindle thread Positive and negative, whether the lifting is normal, whether the pressure roller is smooth, check the limit, check whether the reference numbers in the touch screen are correct, whether the ammeter is accurate, whether the special-shaped glass edging machine checks the steering of the belt and each wheel, whether the pressure roller is flexible, and whether each wheel is in and out. Whether it is smooth and automatic or not.
